In-Class Still-Life

Hmm... Aren't there any categories in traditional? I never noticed before. ^_^"
(why'd dA put a strange horizontal line across the bottom of the non-fullview version? O_o )

So, it's a subtractive charcole thing I did in the drawing class I had last semester. Uh... All those strange things were really there. the gray (well, medium gray) thing in the upper right corner is the wall, and the black and white things are coverings and stuff. There's a boot and a bottle and two other things that I donno what they are.
(oh, and I made it gray-scale in PhotoShop because the camera got some colors in it that weren't supposed to be there - it's a black and white drawing...)

I just... thought I'd put up something from that class that looks semi-good...
There's a chess board that I did with the same method that I liked, but I saw a photo on here of the same chess board, photo had the same title, and I think the same basic idea, and that picture was so much better than mine (more contrast, better point-of-view thingy - things I would've done with mine if I'd known to at the time), so now I don't feel like putting my version up. ^_^"
