Supposed to be fanart of Zuko aka Lee, from the Avatar fanfiction "The Undying Fire". [link] It's a neat fic. (the pic's not really from any particular part though)
When Zuko gets Aang out of Pohuai Stronghold as the Blue Spirit, things go a little differently, leading to a confused Zuko and an Avatar who wants to make a new friend.

Thought the mask would go with Halloween. (shrugs)

...It's a bit off. I'll probably fix it later. Like move his nose up a little, maybe adjust his eye or eyebrow. Probably don't have the clothing right, though I'm not really sure what it's supposed to look like...
edit: adjusted some things. Hopefully he looks more like Zuko now. At least... a little more like Zuko now... Photoshop hates the fire I added to the background. Can't figure out how to get it to stop getting giffy on me.
