Thought I’d draw something to say I haven’t forgotten about my comic. ...Instead of working on the actual first pages. I wanna draw a street, but I’ve colored very few buildings in the past and I want it to look good and after doing a few of the buildings in the distance, I got to where I can’t get myself to work on it for more than a few minutes at a time. v_v (I wonder if I should try to find the site I got the photo I’m using as reference... I’d give them credit if I could find them again)

So, I guess this illustrates something that I plan to happen later on... I think Ed and Alfons’ relationship was the original idea for the comic (platonic relationship, that is - hmm... I looked that up in Works’ dictionary just to make sure I got it right and there’s a second meaning to platonic that also applies), but... if it’s like things I’ve written in the past, it may not have as many pages of its own as I’d like for it to have.
Besides Ed and Alfons, I’m planning on having other characters in the comic, some for a real plot, and I’ve updated the characters page on smackjeeves with some of those people (although I have question marks for most. I figure I’ll replace those pictures with real ones when they appear in the comic.
By the way, there’s a boy that shows up in the comic very quickly and I don’t know what to call him. He’s supposed to have been born around Romania and he’s originally a character I made up a few years or so ago and gave the name of Gavin to, but Gavin isn’t a name for that area of the world, is it? Name suggestions would be welcome...

Anyone recognize that double page in the corner? It’s supposed to be the paper Ed has at the end of the anime.
